The homes within Marco Polo are divided into six housing types (A to F), categorised based on living area and number of rooms. Not all homes will be offered for sale at the same time; the sales process will take place in phases.
Once a rental agreement ends, the home will be renovated and then offered for sale.

Housing type 01
This type consists of three-room apartments with an efficient and comfortable layout. The homes feature two bedrooms and a separate storage unit.
Some apartments have large balconies up to approximately 14 m² (types R and M). Type S is designed as a maisonette, creating a playful living experience across multiple levels.Each apartment includes a private parking space and a spacious ground-floor storage unit.
